Really. Got power at both sides of the switch, when it is on and only one side with it off, right? Next, check the power going into the rheostat if you have one (variable speed control).

Also, coming out to the motor. Still have juice? Unplug at the motor and check continuity. Got the go juice, motor is the culprit. No juice, follow harness back to grommet through the firewall. A known chafe problem area, according to folks on RV.net.

Depending on which chassis you have, there may be a fuse, but more likely a thermal cut out circuit breaker because of potential problems with ice and blades melting to glass when parked for long periods.

Perhaps you'll see it as a inch long rectangle, aluminium case, possibly with a red reset button.
