Why Can't a Realtor Sell Our RV?

I live in Canada in an RV on a rental pad. A Realtor listed our 5th wheel, which is skirted. We do not pay taxes just rent. Now she says she isn't allowed to and wants us to sign a release. I wonder why it can't be sold by a Realtor.

Campers vs Real Estate

Every place has their own rules and regulations...when I was in real estate, we could only sell real estate, and campers, RV's and such are not real estate. In California, I see a lot of campers, and trailers etc being listed, being sold by real estate persons...

So you may have to do a fsbo or list with an RV dealer on commission or whatever..

Just my thoughts.
