I presently live in an apartment and want to get into full time RVing and thought of giving up my apartment so I can afford and enjoy the full time RVing. How do you get insurance for the RV and get drivers license I do not own property.

Insurance can be purchased right from the same company you buy your car insurance from or you can try RV insurances like Good Sam. You don't need any special licensing for you RV unless your driving a big 44 foot diesel pusher ie Prevost or such like motorhome.
