Seatbelts in RV's

Seatbelts in RV's

We are wondering if seatbelts are required in the RV other than for the driver/passenger seats up front.

Seatbelts in RV's

In Texas everyone in a vehicle has to wear seatbelts. I have noticed, (especially new motorhomes), manufacturers are putting seatbelts on the chairs and couches behind the driver and passenger seats.

If you are stopped for any reason in Texas and they find you are not wearing seatbelts that person will be ticketed. I understand the cost is $75 - $150. We always wear ours and have been stopped for road blocks and etc. I hope this helps you.
