Toilet in 2004 allegro bus doesn't work all the time

My toilet works intermittently. Sometimes only the button that adds water works and not the flush button. Then it will start working again on its own. Replaced the inline fuse and that helped for a short while.

How to get the toilet working when you are boondocking? Do you just put the water in? Thanks for any information you can give me!

You probably have a fresh water tank in your RV with a water pump. You flush the same if you were on city water. Depends on how long you boondock you will need to refill your fresh water tank.
Good camping!!!

2000 National RV Sea Breeze Toilet Clogging

by Alan Tibbetts
(Aston, PA)

The toilet on our 30ft National RV Sea Breeze always seems to clog. I believe part of the problem is the design in general. The toilet is on the right side of the RV and the tank is on the left so the drain has to go completely across the RV to get to the tank.

Has anyone else had this same issue with their toilet and how did they fix it or at least make it bearable. We had a Fleetwood Southwind before this coach and the toilet was right over the tank so it NEVER clogged.

On this coach, you know when it is starting to clog, because you will get a huge air bubble and splash back when you flush the toilet. This is becoming a huge problem for us and I don't know what to do to fix it.

Toilet
by: Buckeye6977

We had that problem in our Cedar Creek. I had to get a back flush hookup and clean out the tank. If you leave the drain valve open all the time, this is what happens. I now only open the drain about once a week and have had no more problems. Hope this helps

We fixed our problem, it was a loose wire behind the toilet.
