Am considering a new motorhome. We recently sold our stick built home and are looking at down-scaling to a small condo later. So, basically we are full time.
However, every financial institution I have contacted are telling me the same story "You need a permanent residence" RV campground/pad will not count, sorry you are disapproved!"
Are there any full time RV loans available today?

We live in a small travel trailer at a local campground. Our Fridge went out and I am wondering if there are any groups that have help funds for people lie us? We do not qualify for most things as we do not live in a stick house. Sadly it cost us almost 100 dollars in lost food. Also our rig is a 1971.
We have tried to get something larger as my daughter is a teenager and wants more space of her own. We tried trading up but no go and few or any will take payments. And getting a loan is rarer then an honest politician.
Thank you for any guidance you can give us.

Hi - I need some info on having an address since we are full timing. We have been using our sons, but he is young & moves.
Mail is not the issue so much as we would like to trade up eventually. When we got our house we are in now the address thing became an issue since we sold our sticks & bricks.
Seems PO or PMB is not a physical address. Anyone who some knowledge we would love to hear from you?.
Thank you
