Hello..well this is our story..my husband retired 2 years ago and I retired 4 months ago. We have always had a camper..actually have had 4 of them. We lease a yearly large lot on the Missouri River here in iowa 20 miles from our home, built we have recently decided to sell our little house in spring 2017 and live in our brand new 5th wheel we just purchased yesterday and live on our lot in summer so we are still around family and then hit the road in November 2017 for maybe Texas or Arizona until April..we are nervous but excited..we are early 60'so on a fixed income but I figured by selling our home and ridding ourself of mortgage, taxes, utilities it would save us $17,000.00 a year excluding camper payment..we plan on finding a place for the winter and stay there not travel around..that means just monthly lot rent..please give us advice..thank you
