Leveling jacks won't lower or raise

Jacks will not lower - 2003 Winnebago Chieftain

by Mike
(Parker, AZ)

Jacks will not lower on 2003 Winnebago Chieftain, even though I hear a click when the lowering button is activated.

We have a HWH hydraulic system. The jacks are currently slightly lowered but when trying to lower them further to make leveling adjustments I hear a click but the pump does not activate.

The slide-outs do function properly. I have checked the fluid level and the tank is properly filled. I'm assuming the problem is something electrical but I'm not sure where to start checking. Any thoughts on how to diagnose the problem?

Alfa See Ya 2004 Leveling Jacks

All jacks worked perfectly to level the coach in setting up. After our weekend stay, the power on indicator does not light but it did not come on but the individual buttons worked & raised 3 jacks but not the left rear Jack.

How do you raise the jack manually?

Lift Jacks

The passenger side jack does not lift my 2008 Montana 5th wheel. Any ideas on easy fix? Left jack works but blows fuse after brief lift.

Hydraulic Jacks Won't Deploy

I have a model 35D Allegra motor home. My hydraulic jacks won't deploy. The level light comes on the dash but nothing else happens. I was recently stuck in the mud and had to jack up the motor home to get it out of the mud. Any suggesions?

Try moving the middle lever toward the front or back and see if the jacks will deploy then. If you have a yellow light display move the lever towards it and see if all works then.

If all of this fails, have the system serviced and the hydraulics bled to remove any air from the system.
