High Mileage RVs

High Mileage RVs

Looking to buy a Class C, I noticed most used units that were rentals have mileage nearing or over 100,000 although only five to six years old. How far can one expect motors with that kind of mileage to last???

Coming from being a rental means it was used and well maintained. Preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance is the key.

Today's engines cared for you can most likely expect 300,000 miles. Of course that is on a gasoline engine, I have had diesels do well over a million miles.
