Hi , nice to see you are having such a great time...i am thinking of becoming a full timer and wondering if anybody has any suggestions for a health insurance company for myself...thanks and enjoy your life...
Can anyone suggest a good company for offering full-time RVers a health policy until medicare kicks in? My husband and I are 62 and would like to get a policy that will cover us no matter where we are.
We are full time rv'ers and just changed our residency to South Dakota. We just found out that Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Dakota will not insure full timers - what other options are out there? We are 52 and 56 so are not eligible for medicare.

Comments for Health Insurance for Full-Time RVer's
My partner and I just retired (early 51 & 55) and entering the full timing world and we are looking for health insurance. Since we are both pretty healthy, we've decided to just carry something for catastrophic illnesses/accidents. Something with a high deductible, but if something serious happens we won't lose our life savings.
Any suggestions on who offers those types of plans or how best to find something?
What about Health Insurance for people who want to get an RV and become snowbirds?
My husband and I are both 62, and on SS disability due to back injuries. My husband was hurt in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Our families live in the Northeast, and since moving to FL, we do not like the hot summers and are seriously thinking of buying a used RV and becoming snowbirds.
We would like to know how other families or couples live full time in their RV's and have health insurance? Any info you can give us would be appreciated, as we do not want to purchase one until we can find out this info.
