Going Full Timer Soon

Going Full time Soon and my wife is scared to. She lost her job just like thousands have done.

We can no longer afford our town home and need to move into the 5er.

We will have to store all of our furniture and lots of clothes. Any way you know the story from there
there.

How was it for you to go full time?

Similar Situation

We are in a similar situation. Have our house up for sale and looking at a fifth-wheel to live in full time. I'm counting down the days!!! It will be such a relief to get rid of a huge house payment... money that can be spent on traveling and experiences. Wish you luck on your big leap too!

Full Time Jitters

I understand your concerns. I had reservations when we moved out of the house and into a fifth wheel.

After six months I tossed all the stuff (junk) I had in storage and had the greatest sense of relief you can imagine.

Freedom from high payments, abundance of junk I didn't need or use, and the ability to move where the jobs were.

My advice is to embrace it and you may absolutely love it.

We have talked about buying another house, but I can't bring myself to do it. We have tons my extra money without a huge house payment and all it's upkeep. So we would actually give up many fun things that we can afford now.

It may not seem like it, but this may be the best thing that has ever happened to you.
