Georgie Boy Water Pump Removal

Hi, I have a 2004/5 Georgie Boy Landau and the water pump is not working, one of the terminals has snapped off the pump or the pressure switch. I have tried to get at the pump located behind the panel with all the filler and drain taps outside shower control etc. Can anyone help, does the panel come off? I couldn't get the shower control off the panel to allow the panel to come out and I can't see that the panel will come out of the locker.

HELP!
