Dodge 440 Axle Ratio -- Chinook Concourse 21ft.

I'd like to change from the 4.10 gears I have now, to a ratio which will still pull my 2500 lb boat over a short 10% grade and do it a reasonable speed in 2nd gear. Any experience with ratios with this set-up would be of great help. The 440 has plenty of power with the gears I now have, and I can pull the hill in 3rd gear at 45 MPH.
