While this title might make you think this is all about popping open a brew, it is really just a fun name given to this very simple and easy snack using your grille.
1 pkg Flour Tortillas (you pick the size here)
1 2 cup bag of shredded Cheddar or Mexican Blend Cheese
1 jar of your favorite salsa
2 tbsp butter or margarine
Warm grille and smear butter - Use sparingly -onto one side of a tortilla place butter side down onto a plate and spread cheese and salsa on one half of the inside. Fold over and place on warm grille. Turn tortilla over when browned on the one side and take off the grille when cheese is melted.
Now here is where the name comes in...... this is a great afternoon snack at the campsite, perfect to have with a brew...or maybe two!
