Campfire Kielbasa

Campfire Cooking Tools

1 package Hillshire Farms Lite Polska Kielbasa
4 beef tenderloin fillets
1 red pepper
1/2 small onion
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 c butter
salt and pepper to taste


Slice the Polska Kielbasa, tenderloin, pepper and onion into small pieces. Place in aluminum 13x9 inch pan or wire basket and cook over the campfire until cooked.
