Breakfast in a Paper Bag

1 - 2 slices bacon
1 c Frozen hash browns, thawed
1 - 2 eggs
brown paper bag


Put bacon, hash browns, and eggs in a lunch-sized brown paper bag. Fold the paper bag down, leaving about 3" of space above food. Put a pointed stick through the folded part of the bag and hold about 4" to 5" above hot coals.

Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, don't let the bag catch on fire!

Check to see that the eggs have been cooked. Cook longer if necessary. Then you can eat breakfast right out of the paper bag.
