Adventure, Variety, Lower environmental footprint and lifestyle design

Follow the rainbow...

Follow the rainbow...

We're both in our mid-30s, and gave up our traditional houses to hit the road full time in a small solar powered RV. We live, work and play out of our home on wheels while running our tech consulting business.

Why we do it? It's for creating a new life of conscious intent, escaping defaults, variety, adventure, lower cost of exploring the world (and also, living in general) and to be more in touch with our family, friends and the environment.

We love the variety our life has - from remote vistas to urban camping. After 2 years on the road full time, we feel we're just getting started. And the most common comment we get from our retiree RVing peers is that they wish they had done it sooner like we are.

The Sooner the Better
by: Sharon

I love the photo you posted of your trailer. The rainbow really expresses the RV Lifestyle, relaxed, and adventurous.

We definately wish we had gone full-time sooner because we wasted so much money buying and selling houses when Don's job relocated 8 times!
Totally crazy...now we just hook-up and take off. It's so much better.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful story!
