King Pin Stabilizer Jack

I would like to know if adding a hitch tripod is going to make much difference in the stability of my 5th wheel? I hate to go out and invest in something that is not worthwhile.

King Pin Stabilizer Jack

We use a king pin stabilizer jack on our fifth-wheel and really feel like it made a difference.

Adding the jack to the overhang on the 5th wheel maximized the front to rear trailer stability as well as side-to-side motion.

Our king pin tripod sets up in minutes, collapses for easy storage, and if fully adjustable for leveling of the trailer. The footpads help avoid sliding or tilting of the tripod.

We also like that it includes a padlock to deter theft of the jack and of course our trailer.

We weren't sure if we wanted to spend the money on this accessory either, but since we've been using it we highly recommend it.
